Lawyers protecting you
Bernadette came to PARRIS with a diverse background in business marketing and pro bono legal work. Bernadette’s passion for serving her community is what really inspired her to become an attorney. Throughout law school Bernadette was dedicated to being involved in her community by leading several student organizations and volunteering at Christian Legal Aid of Los Angeles. Bernadette’s remarkable community contributions earned her the 2014 Dean’s Service Award at graduation. Bernadette polished her oral advocacy skills by winning the “Best Oralist” award in Loyola’s school-wide moot court competition, and serving on Loyola’s Scott Moot Court Honors Board. Bernadette also gained appellate court experience by clerking for the Honorable Justice Norvell “Fred” Woods in the California Court of Appeal, Second District, Division.
